What happens after you beat the elite 4?
What is unlocked and what major things do you gotta do?

When you beat the elite 4 you beat part of the game. It allows you to look at the hall of fame at your pc.

When you beat the elite four you can go to the battle tower and be able to catch Rayquaza and a Latias

Well apparently you can do a bunch of stuff like people will ask you to do stuff but actually You catch the legendary pkmn and another Here is where you can find
Some legendary pkmn,First you finda Relicanth(route 124 & 126 Underwater)and Wailord(evolve Wailmer with a fished Super Rod,lv 40)place In your active party along with some who can dig,surf,and dive.IN emerald you can get RAYQUAZA before the elite 4,once you summoned it to Sootopolis city,head to Pacifidlog town and surf east.Follow the north border until you can head past some rocks and back track.You'll see a beach-Follow a path until you reacha huge tower-Sky Piller,follow the path but becarefull of cracked floors so use your, bike WARNING IT COMES AT LV 70!
KYORGRE-RT 105 Near the western island,on the way to ISLAND CAVE,REGICE,
GROUDON-RT 114 Directly west of Fallabor,up the WaterFall,Near Meteor Falls,use bike to get past mud slide.There are many more but I don't want to spoil all the fun!!!
