Question for Pokemon Sapphire

A few more things, is it posible to get the eon ticket with out trading and what is it
Also is it true that if you get the national pokedex diploma, that you can go to the lands in the other games like jonto and the other one I can't remember?

Other than cheating by an Action Replay or some other device the eon ticket can only be recieved by mixing records with someone that already has it. And to answer you on your National Dex diploma question that is false. You stay in Hoenn forever.

No, you have to use a cheating device or attend a Nintendo Event.
That is not possible, sorry.

You can get the eon ticket either cheat device or nintendo event.
You can't go to other places execpt for the islands where you can catch deoxys and the other lati_s and the battle frontier.

It is only possible to get the tickets from Nintendo Events, which no longer exist, or cheats. It allows you access to some secret island.

The only thing you get when you complete the Pokedex is one of the Johto starters; Totodile, Cyndaquil, or Chikorita.
