Underwater routes 126 and 124.

You can find Relicanth underwater on route 124 and 126 and part of 127. It is kind of rare so don't give up hope. It took me 30 minutes to find mine and now I would never bother to find a second one.

Underwater around Sootopolis. It takes a long time to find him though. Be patient.

You find it in the sea weed,but it's rare so it will be hard to fine.
