Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Please help! Where do I get a Pokeblocks Case? I can't get into the Safari Zone without one.

Slateport, talk to the little kid inside of the red contest place, he should give it to you, if not let me know

You can get the Poke'Block case from the little girl at the contest place in Slateport city, she is to the left when you walk in.

Ok, I hope no one answred but what you do is you go to Slateport city and in the Pokemon contest hall, you will see a small girl, talk to her and she will give you a pokeblocke case, good luck
