Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I myself think my poke'mon have damn decent moves so far, but could I make them any better?

Flygon:Crunch,Flamethrower,Steel Wing,Dragonbreath.
Rayquaza:Fly,Rest,Extremespeed(should I replace with Thunder Bolt?),Outrage
Kingdra:Surf,?,?,?
Altaria:Dragon Dance,Refresh(Should I replace?),Ice Beam,Sky Attack
Salamance:Flamethrower,Fly,Arial Ace,Dragonbreath
Latias:I have almost caught it-please recommend moves.

Flygon: superb!
Raquaza: discard rest, extremespeed, and outrage and replace them with surf, flamethrower, and dragon claw (revive this move using a heart scale)
Kingdra: I can't help much here as I haven't found a working beat-all combination for it yet
Altaria: get rid of dragon dance and sky attack for earthquake and fly
Salamence: replace arial ace with crunch (learned level 61)
Latias: recover, surf, fly, dragonbreath (revive this move using a heart scale)
If you want I can explain the reasoning behind these move choices as well, since some of the choices may seem a bit unorthodox (plus I need an excuse to write out my beat-all combos on this site).

Here Really good moves for your pokemon:

Salamence: Fire Blast, Double Edge, Dragon Claw, Fly

Flygon: The moves are perfect!

Rayquaza: Fly, Thunder, Flamethrower, Blizzard/Ice Beam

Kingdra: Smokescreen, Agility, Hydro Pump, Twister

Altaria: Keep Ice beam and teach Recover & Dragonbreath. (how the heck did you get Sky Attack!?! Keep it too.)

Latias: Ice Beam, Recover, Mist Ball, Psychic

P.S: Good Luck catching Latias!!

For Rayquaza fly, blizzard, outrage, and thunderbolt. for flygon, fly, dragonbreath, icebeam, and crunch. and for kingdra surf, hydro pump, twister, and icebeam. Altaria sky attack, icebeam, fly, steele wing. And good luck on Latias!
