Where do I find the rock smash tm when you need to break the rocks in rusturf tunnel ?

Talk to the inhabitant of the house directly below the Pok�mon Centre in Mauville City.

Once you beat Wtson head into the house to the Pokemarts right. Inside their talk to the person and you will obtain TM06(Rock Smash)

As you enter mauville there is a house in the bottom right corner. Talk to the guy and he'll give it to you. But you have to beat the gym leader to use it outside of battle.

Well you have to go to Mauvillle City and go to the house next to the mart and talk to the guy in the house on the right and he will give it to you.
