I have another question... I have heard things about getting a red Lugia..

I told everyone about the red lugia. But like I said there is no known way how to get one right now. You can see a red lugia by using actionreplay with this code. Once you turn the code off your lugia is back to regular color. All Pokemon Shiny in battle and PC:

Lugia will appear everywhere in the wild until you turn off the code.
Do not use the Lugia code with any other code except the (M).
Same thing goes for the shiny codes.This is what you do,capture the Lugia,put it in the PC and then save and turn off the game,on your actionreplay,turn off the Lugia code and put on the shiny codes,look at Lugia in the PC and it will be red.

How can you get one? There is like, only one way to do that as far as I know- that's to use Action Replay. Yes, I know, you probably disdain this idea, but it's the only way I know. Although I don't have the codes to share with you, I can say this: I think you have to mix the Catch Any Pokemon cheats with shiny hack codes, although I hope you don't get a Bad Egg.
