Question for Pokemon Sapphire
When I was looking up sites on how to catch jirachi I found one that says that you have to get all 200 Pokemon and launch up into outerspace. Is this true? (I know it kinda dumb.)

Don't believe everything you hear, that is completely bogus, the only way is the Pokemon Colleseum Bonus disk or Cheat Device.
