If you mean in the contest hall, you just need to win contests.

If you mean in the art gallery then you need to complete all the Pokemon contests. Then an artist will come. He will ask you for somethin and stuff and you can get your Pokemon in the upstairs gallery.

If you mean on the back of your name card, you can't. But you can get it drawn on the wall in the Pokemon contest building if you win it.

You can't on the back of your cards but you can get it in the Pokemon building by wining the contests.

It can be drawn if you win contests in any rank in any place you want to it's up to you but it will be drawn if you win.
