Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Where can I catch jigglypuff?, and does one have to be holding anything poticular to igglybuff?

Jigglypuff is found on route 115, a short surf up form where Mr Briney lives. To get Igglybuff you must put two Jigglypuff in the day care centre together, make sure they are of the opposite gender though.

Jigglypuff is in a spot way up to the top left side of the hoenn region. If you take the correct path instead of going in the cave, theres a path to the left that takes you to a small area, and there you can find Jigglypuff, and no this Pokemon holds nothing special.

I don't know of where you can find it in sapphire, but it's certainly in emerald, if you surf past two shores north of rustboro, and go past the trees to the patch of grass. You will find a jigglypuff there, eventually. Good luck.

You can find jigglypuff on route 115 although there is more female than male
