I have the basement key and was wondering... How do I get to New Mauville? I can't get past the rocks on the surf a little ways off of route 110. Thanks to all who help!

It is underneath the cycling road, just a short surf away from the grassy area.
You need to surf to it from mauville there are no rocks or anything like that blocking your way
First fly/ or travel to mauville.next,head south towards the lake under the cycling road. There is an island with a cave go into it.
I have the basement key...and I also had the generator turned off...and also I have gone to the way of lilycove city...but when I come back to stateport city....the ship's still not ready....///so what will I have to do?? Please do reply....thanks for your kind time.
