Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How do I get to the top chamber once I've reached Meteor Falls?
AND
How do I get to the mainchamber once I've reached Meteor Falls?
BUT
If they are the same thing please tell me. :-)

1. Go up the water fall then go through the passage way go to the syairs go down them then make your way to the water surf up then you will be in the big room after you went through the first door keep to the left of bump thingies and go to the stairs and I shall let you figure out the rest

2.the main chamber is the one before you go up the waterfall

You have to go down the steps to reach Laveridge once got rid of Team Aqua, and on the top floor there is a TM and bagon.

Arcoss the bridge and down the steps.
And I assume you mean the chamber located at the top, not top level-wise.
And if youre going to get up there you need HM07 which is Waterfall, after you climb up the waterfall and enter the hole, there are some good TMs and Bagon, once you get that far Lv. 29-31, at least 31 is the highest I've ever seen them.
