Alright, this doesn't really answer your question, but I don't think a "Xantho" Shard exists, unless it's one of those really secret ones I haven't heard of yet. Blue Shard? I'm uncertain presently.
Okay, after some extensive research I have found an answer to my own question-sorry to anyone whose time was wasted trying to tell me. Also, here is a list of how to get infinite of every stone (should you wish to) without using cheats:
everstone-take from geodude/graveler
fire stone-steal red shard from wild corsola and trade it to the diving treasure hunter
leaf stone-steal green shard from wild relicanth and trade it to the diving treasure hunter
moon stone-take from wild lunatone (only possible in sapphire)
sun stone-take from wild solrock (only possible in ruby)
thunderstone-steal xantho shard from wild chinchou and trade it to the diving treasure hunter
water stone-steal blue shard from clampearl and trade it to diving treasure hunter
If I have missed any, please tell me
Like the last person said I don't think "xantho shards" exist but I normally find blue shards in clamperls.
