Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have a big question, how do you catch latias? I used my master ball on kiogre(stupid me =( ). I just can't seem to catch him with an ulltra ball. HE'S HARDER TO CATCH THAN RAQUAZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is there some ball iI don't know about? Pleaze help me, I'm trying to finish my pokedex and IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Latias is random, and to catch him use a Goldbat with mean look so it can't escape, then use timer balls and ultra balls.

If you have a gameshark there is a code to have all the different balls in the game .pokeballs safari balls all of them infinite of each if you have thee cheat on if you don't have the cheat on you just have 99

Just weaken it down to 1 HP and Parlyse it,then use the ultra ball.

I used a masterball. Sorry I don't mean to throw it in your face. You can try catching her with a trapinch. Go to the desert area and look for a trapinch, when one pops out try to run if you do run then he wasnt worth catching. If he dosen't let you run catch him! Then just train him to like level 40 without evovling him and look for Latias. Then just use timerballs and ultraballs. If not a trapinch try to use a Wobbuffet at level 40. The same balls.

First thing latias is a girl ! Second just get it down to the lowest hp you can get it make sure it has a status problem (ex:sleepingnot ex:attraction or confusion) and use the same tactics you used b4!
