The smallest room in meteor falls you need to be able to use water fall to reach it

To catch Bagon you first surf and waterfall then you have to go to meteor falls and surf until you get to the water fall which you use water fall then you have to get to the room with dragon claw which I forgot how to get to but if you make it there it will probobly take you a long time to find a Bagon but you will find it eventually because I did.

Bagon is located on the very top floor of Meteor falls.

You get it at Meteor falls.
