There is no Pokemon that allows you to find Mirage Island. It has something to do with a Pokemon that gets chosen to hold the number 0, where if that Pokemon is in your party then you can find Mirage island. Luckily, the number to any Pokemon that you insert into the PC will change, and the upside is that there is a chance that the Pokemon will recieve the number 0.

Hope this works well...

Mirage island is a hard but if you have had you game for longer then a year then it's impossible as your games internal battury will be dead. Also there is nothing special on mirage island excpet the berries the Pokemon that inhabbits it can be found by placing a male and a female wobbeffet in day care giving the item lax incence to the female and walk around and the egg that is created will hatch into the same Pokemon.... Forget name.
