Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I know I've asked a lot of questions but I have just 1 more. When I'm trying trade on Sapphire with my friend's Emerald or Fire Red, I'll use the Wireless Adapter and the GBA Link but it won't let me trade. Why not?

You need to have obtained the Sapphire and Ruby stones in the FR/LG game.

This game is not wireless adapter enabled that means you can't use the wirless adapter you have to use the gameboy advance link cable

Well first of all your friend needs to get the Ruby and Sapphire before you guys can trade,then use the wireless adapter.
