Ok I'm going to rate your party like a 6/10

Heres some advice.

Regi ice; Needs a fourth move, water move would be best
Swampert; Replace Muddy Water with Surf as Surf has 100% accuracy to MW 85%
Kyorge; All good
Metagross; Irondefense is not a good move, replace it with a decent steel move.
Rayquaza; Why teach it solarbeam??? Get rid of crunch for dragon breath and If I was you I'd of kept Dragon Dance...
