Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hiya, Im new and this is my first post.

On sapphire could someone tell me if anything happens when the launch stuff gets to a certain point?

Why does it take so long??

I mean I was there one day and it was 25, 2 months later it was only at 29 could you tell me if theres somethin you have to do to make it go up?? Bye, this is batistabomber out.

Nothing at all happens, I think it's there so people talk about it and spread false umours like,"you can go to the moon".

I don't know where the rumours bout going to the moon are right.
But why the rocket is so slow is because it launches once a week.
