What is hyper fang or is it dragon fang?
Where/When and to whom can I get It?

Dragon fang powers up dragon type moves I forgot where you get it sorry.

Hyper Fang is a move that takes half of your opponents HP. Only Raticate learns it.

Use Thief or Covet on Dragon Tamer Nicholas' Shelgon the fifth time you battle him.

Hyper Fang- this is an attack that can primely be learned by Rattata and Raticate. It does 80 base damage.

Dragon Fang- I don't really know what this move is.

Hyper fang is an attack. It is a move that only Raticate learns and takes off I believe half of HP every time.

Hyper fang is a move that only Raticate can learn.

*Hyper Fang is a move learned by Rattata's and Raticate's that cuts opponents HP in half.
*Dragon Fang is a item, steal it using Thief or Covet on Drakes dragons.
