Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How do you get to mirage island on ruby and sapphire?

is it that you have to go to pacifidlog town while groudon is still released to get it or use castform or what i am confused, i even tried kyogre.

How do you catch Jirachi on ruby?

Help!!!

Mirage Island appears randomly. You'll be lucky if it ever appears.
You can only get Jirachi through a trade or a cheat device.

Mirage island is located to the right of Paciflidog town, but it is random and very rare. Good luck.

To get Jirachi use an action replay or trade with a friend.

Don't use a cheat to get ahold of Jirachi, doing so could screw your game up, the best way is to get the PreOrder Colussium disc and download it from the Game Cube to your cartrage. (Atleast in the US)

Mirage Island appears very rarely and can be found on the route east of Pacifidlog. Youc an tell when it is there by talking to the old man in the upper-right building of the town.

Jirachi can only be obtained by either a code cartridge, like GameShark or Action Replay, or by using the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc.

*it have to do something with Pokemon ID numbers, so... Trading with many people will make the chances high.
*pokemon colosseum bonus disc, or cheating.
