I still can't get to sky pillar. Can someone tell me with every detail.PLZ

I'll assume that you're playing Sapphire. Defeat the Pok�mon League and go to Route 131 (on the map it's directly east of Pacifidlog Town) and stay on the north side of the route. You'll eventually see a path leading to a large monolith with a cave and high tower on top.

You can't get to the Sky Pillar if you haven't beat the Elite 4. If you have, fly to Pacifidlog Town and surf to the right. Keep going until you see an opening in the rocks. You will be at the Sky Pillar.

Surf to the right of Paciflidog town, remember you have to have completed the Pokemon league. Then stay at the top of the water, near the rocks at the top. You will notice the rocks starting to go. Follow them up and you will be on the track to the sky pillar.

I've beaten the league and I still can't get in!!!!!!
