Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi....I was wondering....what do I do now?

I have beaten the elite four more than 5 times and I still havent caught the latias.....but when I have, what do I do then?

Please help me!!

Catching Latias is complete radom. If you want to catch Latias you must search grassy areas and even the water. Sooner or later you will run into Latias. You can only run into Latias by encountering into the wild.

Latias is random. Just search in the grass anyone on the game and you'll find it eventually.

There is an easy way to get Latias and you don't have to cheat!!! You need about 100 max repels, a level 40 Pokemon ( one of your newly caught regis or a level 40 Wobaffet with the ability shadow tag) and your masterball or a bunch of ultra balls,poke balls, and timer balls if you already used your masterball.

With a masterball: Make sure your level 40 Pokemon is in the first slot of your team. Then, use a repel and start searching around in grass AND water.Keep repeating tihs until you've found it but don't search in the same place over and over for hours. When you find it IMMEDIATELY USE the masterball. Do NOT try to weaken it. The master ball will catch it regardless of Latias's health.

Without a masterball: Make sure your level 40 Pokemon is a trapinch(now that I think about it) that has the ability arena trap. WARNING! Do NOT evolve your trapinch just yet. Wait until you've caught Latias.
Put your trapinch in the first slot of your team and use a repel.Keep repeating this step until you find it.

When you find it,it will not be able to escape and eventually start fighting.It would be best to have a very strong DARK type Pokemon to help you out, but weaken the Latias with trapinch. Then, when trapinch faints send out your DARK type Pokemon and try to catch it with your ultra balls and poke balls.

When about 40 turns pass of flying ultra and poke balls, use a timer ball and hold down the A button and DOWN on the directional pad to increase your chance of catching it(you can use this technique on all ball throws.)You will eventually catch it before it has to use struggle. Hope I helped!!!

2. Get your Pokemon to level 100. Or
3. Catch every pokemon.
