How do I know if it is low tide or high tide on shoal cave?

If the tide is high then all the part of the cave when you go in will be covered in water, if it's low tide then it will be ground.
During high tide, the Shoal Cave will be mostly submerged, leaving only two chambers accessible. During low tide, there will be no water inside the cave.
Low tide: You can walk on the ground and get to the Ice Path.
High tide: You see water and you must use Sruf to get any where in the cave.
