Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Ok, I'm kinda dumb, but what is Action Replay?
Also, umm how do I open the cave door to battle Regice? I already have Registeel and Regirock, but I can't open the door!!! Do I need an Action Replay?
WHERE DO I GET AN ACTION REPLAY?!?!?!?

Pleez help me! Thanks people!

An Action Replay (or AR) is a cheat device. You can get it at any store with a video game department. I got mine at Best Buy and it wasd really hard to find.

I think that Regice is the one were you gotta go around the room after clickin' the braile without hitting the wall. No AR required.

You do not need an Action Replay to unlock Regice.

An AR is like a Gameshark. It's like you put codes in it, then you get something specific or something happens. But sometimes if you use a bad code you can get a bed egg and you don't want one. I don't know why it's not open. Maybe you're at the wrong one. I don't know. No you don't need one but it can be fun to use cause it makes the game easier but it can screw up your game.

Action Replay is a cheat cartridge and you'll have to ask a helper of an old gamestore if they have one.

To get Regice, go to the middle of the three dot patterns.

Press A, then wait. BE PATIENT!!! After a few minutes, the door will open.

Action replay is a cheat device.

You unlock regice's door by reading the braille and walking around the room clockwise sticking close to the walls.
