I've gotten surf but now I don't know where to if it's slateport I don't know how to get through the currant.

I think you surf in the water to the left of Rustboro.

You can't get through rough current like that. It leads to pacifictinlog though. You can also gain access to the regi's sealed chamber by taking a specific route in the current. Rate 8+.

You don't go through the current, you go to route 118, east of Mauville city and go up route 119 to Fortree city.
