Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Does anybody know how to get Pokemon off the Pokemon channel without any cheat devices?

Does any body know how to get the eon tickets and tickets like it without any cheat devices?
PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS

You need the GBA/GC cable whick plugs into the gamecube one end and GBA the other. And the only Pokemon you get off Pokemon channel is Jirachi.
