What's so good about Feebas, I mean he's just a regular that evloves into Molotic.

Feebas is a rare and hard to find pokemon, and so is Milotic.
You can't just go out in the wild and find one with a snap of your fingers, it takes a long time.
With Milotic you have raise Feebas's beauty and you have to have the right berry's or you'll fail and have to catch another Feebas or mate the Feebas's if you fail.
Ok... it is so simple...to get a Milotic is you use 3 chesto berries, 3 cornn berrys (you get them by the berry master), and 6 kelpsy berries and go to the Lilycove City and Lilycove City only!
Blend them at the contest hall and for Feebas your on your own it is cool! my friend ang I both have two Milotics at lv.100!
