Hi I need help .... I need to get a igglypuff on Pokemon sapphire but I don't now how to ... PLEASE HELP someone said I can get it out of a egg from breeding a skitty and a jiggypuff but it's not working .... I also need a dragon scale I don't have a clue I tryed using theif on Bagon but not 1 was holding 1 ... I really need help I need a kindra and igglypuff PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thankyou!

Justbreed a male and female jigglypuff!!
Also there is rarely a dragon scale on Bagon so catch loads of them or use thief lots.
If you fight the Dragon Tamer, in Meteor Falls, 5 times, you get Dragon Scale. Or use theif on his Altaria.
