Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi. I know this is a pointless question, but what happens if you leave Kyogre when it's raining? Does the whole world flood and you get game over? The same with Groudon on Ruby. Please help, I really need to know.

No you won't get a game over but you have to either catch or kill kyogre to continue the game

Nothing. It just starts raining Evverywhere but you can leave it, if you forgot some Pokeballs or Something like that.

There is no game over, and if you leave Kyogre when it's raining, nothing really happens. But you can't get into the gym unless you kill Kyogre or catch him
