What is the Mystery Events thing on the title page for?What does it do?And what is the thing you say to the guy in Petlburg to get it?

The Mystery Events is like Mystery Gift (from Pokemon:Gold) and you can get stuff (i also hear it's the key to getting jurachi without gameshark or a Pokemon colosseum bonus disk).

You tell the guy in petalburg "MYSTERY EVENTS IS EXCITING" and he'll say
"Oh!I didn't know you were in the Mystery events club!"
