The north side of Route 131. It materialises after the Pok�mon League.
Go right of pacifiladog town stay up then there is a way up keep going and your in the skypillar
Go to pacilog town and go east out of the city stay along the rocks you willpass some trainers but keep gooing until you can go inbetween the rock to a island with a cave on it and go through the cave and viola your at the sky pillar
You fly to Pacifidlog town and surf. First surf north all the way and then east. Then when you find a opening in the rocks go through there and BAM!!!!!!!!! Sky Pillar!
