No.

No. Any effects that empower your Pok�mon (raising stats and affecting the opponent with an ability or move characteristic of the attacking Pok�mon) will wear off when the user switches out, except if Baton Pass is used.

Nope, you HAVE to keep the Pokemon who used Mean Look out for the batter. Otherwise the effect won't work anymore.

I do not think so because you are changing the Pokemon that know that move.

So if I have a Smeargle and use mean look and then use Baton Pass, will the Pokemon I used Mean Look on still not be able to switch out?
