Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Can someone tell me the locations of shiny pokemon?

I've heard about blue electrikes and orange altarias, but where are the others and how do you catch them?

There are no fixed locations. Shiny Pok�mon will occur wherever their normally coloured relatives are.

I got a purple wurmple on the route above Littleroot Town, but Cross Stinger is right.

Wurmple normally appears on that route anyway.

I don't know where shiny Pokemon appear but I found a golden Swablu in Fallabor town.
