Question for Pokemon Sapphire

O.K. I just beat that super hard hole puzzle in the sky pillar. (I had trouble getting into the two middle holes, because I kept speeding past them). Now I've come to Rayquaza.

I have a level 100 Sceptile with Leaf Blade, Return, Iron Tail, and Dragon Claw. I also have a level 18 Zigzagoon that I used to surf and a level 27 Pelipper that I used to fly to Pacifidlog Town.

I added to my Pokedex by catching level 56 Claydol, level 54 Banette, and level 57 Altaria.

I have 20 Ultra Balls and 1 Timer Ball. When I throw the ball, does it actually help to hold down B and L? It has said "Shoot it was close too" a couple times also. I need tips to catch Rayquaza!!!!!!

I've tried the health down to zero and catching him while he sleep and i even tried to catch him when he was flying (and it actually put him in the ball). I NEED TO CATCH RAYQUAZA RIGHT NOW!

And no I do not have an AR or Gameshark or Gamelink Cable or I obviously wouldn't be in this mess.

Anyone who would actually help would be greatly appreciated!

I doubt it works, that button bit, but it may be possible. I caught Rayquaza with a Timer Ball. You're going to hate this, but you will need to leave the tower and get more Timer Balls- ALOT more. After you have at least 20 Timer Balls, return to the tower again, going through the difficult puzzle again, and once you reach the top, let the battle begin.

I let at least 50 turns go by in the match. Rayquaza had completely run out of moves, as my Pkemon knew Recover, restoring HP as needed. I myself was out of Potions and Recovers. After about an hour of the battle, when Rayquaza had it's health whittles down to the point of one more hit from Struggle killing it, I threw the Timer Ball- and I caught it!

So try the procedure I showed above... It might actually help!

Well, um...before I say anything, I have to tell you that 1 Timer Ball isn't enough. Go back down (don't use Escape Rope or Dig) to Rustbro City and buy at least 25 more Timer Balls. Then, go back to Sky Pillar, go to the second floor, and use Escape Rope/Dig. You will find yourself on the roof where Rayquaza is! Now, start a battle with it. Lower it's HP, put it to sleep (if it wakes up again put to sleep again), wait for a while, then start chucking your Timers. Don't do that button thing you said, as it won't get you anywhere. Eventually, you will catch it, just be patient. Hope I helped!

I caught him with one ultra ball first time.
