If you use it by the Fisherman it is pretty high.

On an old rod very slim.

The odds are very, very slim. Feebas is one of the rarest Pok�mon in the game, and is very, VERY hard to find, even with a Super Rod.

You need to use a Good Rod to highten your chances of catching a Feebas.
