Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I can't catch Raquaza!!! I've tried paralyzing, poisoning,reduced speed, health down to zero, EVERYTHING!!!!! Any help and I would be grateful.

P.S. I've already used my Masterball on Kyogre before I learned about Razquaza so DON'T
suggest the Master Ball.

P.P.S. I've been at it for two weeks and no luck.

PLEASE HELP!!

I'd say probably put it to sleep. Get its HP way down . Then throw as many Ultra Balls you need till you get.

P.S. Some advice go buy a lot of Ultra Balls

I used net ball on kygore. Master ball on Latias. Repeat, net and ultra balls for the Regis and timer ball for Rayquaza

Let it use Fly, or rest, then try using Ultra or Great ball. I caught it using a Ultra ball when it was at its full health, i guess it's luck.

My friend caught it with a premiere ball while it's asleep, but a premiere ball is just like a pokeball.

I agree by putting it to sleep and putting its hp to red.

I caught it on my friends game by:

Using lots of turns getting it down to red hp (it may use rest (that is good))

Then it got confused by outrage so I threw a timer ball and I got it.

I didn't really use much turns!

Thats sorta like how I caught Latias!

Put it to sleep or (if you have Sceptile) Use the move that puts the health down to about 1.

Then put it to sleep or throw ultra balls at it.

It took me almost 30 ultra balls to catch it on my last game.

But save before you battle it, so if you happen to lose, then you can try again. Hope I helped! :D
