HM02 (Fly): Kick the Magmas or Aquas out of the Weather Institute and defeat May on the other side of the bridge.

You must defeat Winona in Fortree to use it.

HM03 (Surf): Defeat Norman and talk to Wally's parents.

You get Hm 02 you get on route 119

You get HM 03 from wallys parents
