Where can I find Earthquake?
On this cheat site it said it was on route 128 but I searched all over and I can't find it.
When can that guy at Pacifidlog see Mirage Island? he can never see it!
I put salamence in the day-care with a garados, they are different genders, I only get baby magicarp.

Mirage Island is an INCREDIBLY rare event, its about one in one hundred thousand, or even slimmer chances.
It has something to do with gender values, but I really don't want to get into that right now.
The reason you only get magikarp is becuase you only get the baby of the female pokemon.
You inherit moves from the father.
