The move Flash could help you see in these caves. HM05 (Flash) can be obtained from someone in Granite Cave. After you have obtained it and taught it to one of your Pokemon, your Pokemon can use it to light up caves.

First go to granite where you a man standing he will give you hm move flash then go deford city gym then battle the gym leader the badge will lat you yous hm flash
