You know those Dark Spaces that you can use Dive to access? Go near Sootopolis City, and dive there. There should be some Grass/Seaweed lookin stuff. Walk/ride around there on your Pokemon. Relicanth will apear there, but he's rare.
You have to use Dive. There are different routes where you can find it.
You can find it underwater in the seaweed on some routes.
I cannot specify the Routes.
Although I could cheat and look at Crossy's sub, I wouldn't do that.
It is very close to the last gym.
The one that you have to use dive to get in.
Just go under water use sweet scent using a pokemon like oddish to attract it until you find it.
To darkboarder_77: The only routes that have seaweed patches in its underwater areas are 124 and 126, so you need not worry....
