Is there any way to launch the rockets in Mossdeep any faster, or does it just go week by week?

I think that each time you beat the Elite Four, another rocket launches, because in my Ruby Version, I beat the Elite Four only once and only two rockets have been launched.

It's every 7 days that you started your game, if you dont know go tot he guy at the space center ask him everyday until the number changes and youll know when to check each week
