Is it just new Pokemon in Sapphire like torchic, mudkip and that, or is there old ones like charmander, pikachu, bulbasaur, squirtle, abra.. Pokemon like that?

It is mainly just new Pokemon, but there is a few old pokemon.
You can find a list of Pokemon in the Hoenn pokedex
