Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Does anyone know how to make the clear out sale come sooner?

And if you get a deoxy from May/Brenden can you stil go to the moon and get a Deoxy?

But if you can't get a Deoxy then can you at least go to the moon?

To get another clear-out sale it'll be better if you beat the pokemon league again.

Maybe it'll say something about's other things like pokemon and where they are.

so make sure oyur pokemon are "used to" beating them a few times in a row.
