How can you make Jirachi and Deoxys show up in your pokedex when using..

Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How can you make Jirachi and Deoxys show up in your pokedex when using action replay, because when I got them they are not there - and when it shows their trainer it says aaaaaaaaaaa.

Is there a way to get rid of that too?

I think "aaaaaaaaaaaa" stand for an AR's id or somethin. Anyways, the reason why Deoxys and Jirachi aren't appearing in your Pokedex is because you don't got the National Pokedex.

The National Pokedex can be obatined by trading with Pokemon Leaf Green and Red Fire at least once, you will get it as a gift.

The National Pokedex shows all the old Pokemon in it just like in R/B. But the only way to get all the old pokemon is by using cheat pheriphals or trading with LF/RF..... and so it takes a hella lot a time to become a Pokemon Master in R/S. So get trading!

This happened to me too its because they are not legit pPokemon. What you need to do is to trade them to another Sapphire or Ruby then trade them back thats what i did to my deoxys and you don't need the national dex as they are sapphire and ruby pokemon eventhough Deoxys is in fire red it is still a new S/R

If you use the cheat that gives you it in the boxes I used a different one because I didn't like its hardy nature, the code is:
