Question for Pokemon Sapphire

#1: What is a deoxy? And what does it do?

#2: My biggest question is how do you get a Milotic?

#3: I have a good team to catch the deoxy's my team is: Blaziken level 100, a Rayquaza level 100, a Seadra level 100, a Sceptile level 100, a Swampert level 100, and a Jirachi level 100 that I got from the Pokemon Colosseum. PLEASE HELP!

#1 Deoxys is a pokemon that is had to find in the game like jiriachi (without the disc in colleseum).

You can get it by completing your pokedex. Then go to lilycove and get a trainer card from the clear-out sale. Go to pacificlog and say yes town.

Battle kid with lv 100 pokemon then Brandon/May comes. Battle him/her. She/He has all lv 100 pokemon including Jiriachi and Deoxys.

When you win choose between Jiriachi or Deoxys. (I know what you will choose)!

#2Max out Feebas's beauty condition with indigo pokeblocks. Then evolve it one level.

#3Make sure your pokemon know these moves to beat the two people :

Fire Blast / Blaziken
Outrage/Rayquaza
Surf/Seadra (I don't know for sure if it knows surf)
Leaf Blade/ Sceptile
Surf or Muddy Water/Swampert
I don't know Jiriachi's move PS: try to find all of them out
Another PS:Never use Shedninja

(1) Deoxy is a pokemon that i don't know how to get yet.

(2) You have to get a feebas from 119 when it is not raining (in the little lake)

Okay, you asked how to get a Milotic, well in the other pokemon games you notice that you can not get certian pokemon in the gold or silver. This is the same in the new games. It may be that if you are playing a certian game, you may have to trade with a friend. Or when you try to look on your pokenav. it says unknown, that sometimes means you have to evolve something, hope that helps.
