How do I get Lileep if I picked anorith and without using a gameshark or trading

After you beat the Elite Four, head to the Fossil Maniac's house. He has dug a path that leads under the desert. There you will find Lileep's fossil.
Please note that I'm not 100% sure that this is not exclusive to Emerald.
You can't. Once you pick a fossil it's impossible to get the other, except in Emerald.
