I tried for about 2 weeks catching Latias in my game but unfortunately I couldn't find it anywhere and haven't found it since I beat the Elite Four for the first time so anyone have any tips which can help me get the Latias in may game??

I'm sorry, but the only thing that I can think of is to get a bunch of max repels, 50 or so, get a Pokemon that is about level 39, go to a large area of grass that has Pokemon only BENEATH level 39, and no higher, and look look look. Sorry I can't help you. It will take a while to find Latias. It just takes luck.
Try sometimes near any sandy waters with a Pokemon knowing the move sweet scent since I encountered my Latios a few times in the waters randomly near Mauville City .
Appears rarely, just keep trying on different routes, also use wobbufet to keep her if you find her. Also just walk not run/bicycle/fly because that scares her away.
You can see latias in deferent aria before you beat the ilite4...try to surf in ever grande or walk to the grass were can you find minum and plusle..
And if you see latias he will fled if you don't use master ball..!!
But I have a technik for catching latias..!!!go to you're fokedex in see the area of latias and stay onli in one place...go the the house of biking area go in anf go out....!!!!and see were is latias..!!!always use fokedex to find latias..!!!and use a Pokemon who has a sweetsent
my friend say easy way to find him in the route 110 do not go in water use sweet sent
