Can you catch corsola, jugglypuff, heracross, phanpy n chimecho in this game. And were do you get a waterstone

You can catch them all in Pokemon Sapphire.

- Corsola over Route 128, right next to EverGrande City;
- Jigglypuff over Route 115;
- Heracross and Phanpy over Safari Zone (though Heracross is a rare find);
- Chimecho over Mt. Pyre Summit.

As for the Water Stone, there are two ways to obtain it:

1) Get a Blue Shard and trade it with the shard man that lives around Route 124;

2) Can be found over the Abandoned Ship.
