Where do you get lax incense and sea incense. I've been everywhere and can't find them.

They are on Mount Prye inside, you should go to the top floor and then drop down to the black hols.

Both should be in the annals of the Mount Pyre catacombs.

Go to the top floor of Mount Pyre, drop into the holes and you'll find them.
